Datuk Razeek has 40 years of experience in the corporate, construction, and property
industries. He
began his carrier as a design engineer in a consulting firm in London in 1981. He returned to
Malaysia and worked in an Engineering Consultant Firm. He joined Sime UEP Berhad in 1987.
Subsequently, he joined Land and General Berhad in 1991 and stayed for 13 years, where he ultimately
served as Executive Director.
He was next appointed as the Project Director with Eastern and Oriental Berhad in 2003, where he
managed high-end real estate development and the first phase of the reclamation works at Seri
Tanjung Pinang.
He then moved to Dubai and Cairo as DAMAC’s Senior Vice President for a year. He returned to
Malaysia for Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad as the Chief Operating Officer and was
subsequently appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2009.
He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in DRB-HICOM Berhad in 2012, with a portfolio covering
Services (Pos Malaysia, Waste Management, Vehicle Inspection, Logistics, Airport Services,
Education), Property, and Defense. He ‘retired’ at the age of 60 in 2018 and joined Dhaya Maju
Infrastructure (Asia) Sdn Bhd (DMIA).

Berhad, where she also held the chairperson of Tanjung Offshore Berhad’s Nominating and Remuneration

focus on oil & gas downstream and upstream activities, mining-related, and management finance.
As a globally experienced professional, she had extensive practice in diverse roles in Standard
Chartered Bank whereby she is distinguished for her contributions in the area of strategic
communications and public relations. Dato’ Maheran was a Senior Manager, in-charge of Corporate
Affairs overseeing Government Regulatory Relationship and Customer Relationship portfolios for both
Standard Chartered Bank and Standard Chartered Saadiq, Malaysia from 2007 until 2013.

AND INDUSTRY (MAICCI) on 2015-2017 and 2018-current period, which is the apex body for all Indian
Chambers of Commerce in Malaysia, representing over 30,000 members nationwide. Recently he was

Further, having served in several senior management positions in companies such as Mulpha

Mohd Nazrul is a Chartered Accountant by training and a member of the Malaysian Institute of

of Commerce degree from The University of Queensland, Australia.

Salman began his career in Consolidated Plantations Berhad (CPB), currently known as Sime Darby
Plantation Berhad (SDP), from 2005 until 2012, mainly responsible for strategy, corporate finance,
and business development-related activities.

RMCP’s investee companies operating in the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Plastics, and Personal Care
sectors. Salman was also an Investment Committee (IC) member for both RMCP One Fund and RMCP Two

Prior to joining FGV in September 2019, Salman was Head of the Business Banking Division in Bank
Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad (Malaysia Development Bank).
Salman is an alumnus of the Royal Military College (RMC) and a recipient of the Yayasan Sime Darby
(YSD) scholarship award to read Accounting & Finance at the London School of Economics & Political

The Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA) was initially established as a
statutory body in 1966. FELCRA is responsible for developing rural areas by opening up opportunities

Ts. Azmi has 30 years of experience in both the public and private sector in Malaysia. He began his

sponsored student.
Following his professional career with EXXON he joined various Malaysian SMEs in the area of
advanced material production under the private investment of prominent businessman Tan Sri Wan Azmi
Wan Hamzah. He then joined Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Malaysia (MTDC), the first
venture capital entity in the country.
He started his entrepreneurship endeavour in 1999 by establishing advanced material design and
production house to the oil & gas and energy industries.

MyCreative Ventures Sdn Bhd is a Government investment arm launched in September 2012 to spur
Malaysia's creative industry via strategic and innovative funding through debt or equity investments
in Malaysian creative companies. RM200 million was allocated from the 2012 Malaysian Budget to help

white paper to the Government of Indonesia pursuant to introduce a pilgrimage fund to facilitate

Dato’ Khairil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) majoring in Marketing Management
from Coventry University, UK. He started his career with the National Health Service (NHS) of
Wakefield, UK as a Systems Analyst in 1992.
Dato’ Khairil has almost 30 years’ experience in the corporate sector. He was recruited into the
Renong Management Trainee Scheme in 1993 and held various positions in the Renong Group such as in
United Engineers Malaysia Berhad (UEM), Cement Industries Malaysia Berhad (CIMA) and Time
Engineering Berhad (TIME). He was involved in several national infrastructure projects, industrial
manufacturing, marketing, logistics and distribution as well the Information Communication
Technology sectors.
He left the Renong Group in 2000 to join JARING Communications Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of MIMOS Bhd)
and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MLABS Systems Bhd (an associate company of University
Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2004. He stayed on to become a Corporate Advisor to the School of Computer
Sciences, USM from 2005 to 2008, and joined SCAN Associates Berhad, an ICT Solutions company in
2006, as its Marketing Director, International Business covering mostly the Middle East and North
Africa Region.
In 2012, Dato’ Khairil joined FGV Holdings Berhad (FGV) as Chief Operating Officer of Domestic
Business Operations. In 2014 he was appointed as Executive Vice President, Head of Trading &
